The Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Sciences and Literature at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, offers a program offering strong academic expertise in English language, literature, and culture.

Our department aims to provide an interdisciplinary educational environment that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, examining classic and contemporary works of English and American literature with critical and analytical approaches.

Our program aims to equip students with competencies in critical thinking, academic writing, translation skills, intercultural communication, and literary analysis.
